Refund & Cancellation Policy
Neetarded is a digital subscription. Try it free first — once a paid plan is activated, payments are non-refundable.

1. Overview
Neetarded sells access to a digital subscription service and digital upload credits. Because the Service and its features are made available to you immediately and electronically upon payment, and because you can fully evaluate the Service through our free trial before paying, all payments are final and non-refundable, except as set out in Section 4 below or where a refund is required by applicable law.
2. Try before you pay
Every new user can use Neetarded through a free trial (currently 3 days) without entering any payment details. This lets you experience the features and decide whether the Service is right for you before you spend any money. We strongly encourage you to use the free trial to make an informed decision.
3. No refunds
Once a paid plan or upload credits are purchased and activated, the amount paid is non-refundable. In particular, we do not provide refunds, full or partial, for:
- change of mind, or deciding you no longer want or need the Service;
- unused time, unused upload credits, or features you chose not to use;
- early cancellation, account deletion, or stopping use before your plan period ends;
- dissatisfaction with AI-generated output, extracted questions, or your examination performance or results;
- suspension or termination of your account due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions; or
- upgrading, downgrading, or switching plans (no pro-rata credit or refund is given for a plan you move away from).
This policy is similar to how most digital subscription and prepaid services operate: the access is delivered, so the payment is not returned.
4. Limited exceptions
We will review and, where appropriate, reverse or reconcile a charge in the following limited cases:
- Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error.
- Failed delivery of access: your payment was successfully captured but, due to a verified fault on our side, the corresponding plan or credits were never activated on your account and we are unable to activate them for you.
- Unauthorised transaction: a payment was made from your account that you can demonstrate was genuinely unauthorised, subject to verification and the rules of the payment processor and your bank.
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at neetardedsupport@gmail.com with your registered email and the payment/order details. Approved reconciliations are processed back to the original payment method through our payment processor and may take a number of business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Cancellation
You can stop using Neetarded at any time. Our plans do not auto-renew unless expressly stated at checkout, so you are not charged again automatically when a plan ends. Choosing not to renew, or deleting your account, does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for (unless your account is terminated for breach).
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This policy applies only to the extent permitted by law.
