Neetarded is a fully digital service. There is nothing to ship — access is delivered electronically and instantly.

1. Digital service — no physical shipping
Neetarded is a digital, online-only exam-preparation service. We do not sell or ship any physical products. No items are couriered, posted, or otherwise physically delivered, and no shipping charges apply. Your address and PIN code, where collected, are used only to personalise your account and not for any physical delivery.
2. How access is delivered
- Free trial: access to trial features is enabled automatically on your account as soon as you register.
- Paid plans & upload credits: access is delivered electronically by activating the relevant plan or credits on your Neetarded account immediately after your payment is successfully confirmed by our payment processor. In the ordinary course this happens instantly; in rare cases it may take a few minutes while the payment is confirmed.
Once activated, you can use the features included in your plan by signing in to the Service from any supported device or by installing the app (PWA).
3. If access does not activate
If your payment was completed but your plan or credits do not appear on your account within a reasonable time, please first refresh or sign in again. If the issue persists, contact us at neetardedsupport@gmail.com with your registered email and the payment/order details, and we will verify and activate your access. Such cases are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Service availability
Access requires a compatible device, a modern web browser, and a working internet connection. We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; occasional maintenance or downtime may occur.
