Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and Neetarded. Please read it carefully — by using the Service you accept these terms.
Last updated: 11 June 2026
1. Who we are & what this covers
Neetarded (the “Service”, “Platform”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an online exam-preparation application for aspirants of competitive examinations such as NEET and JEE. The Service is owned and operated by Nashim Aktar Mondal, an individual proprietor based in India.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, the “user”) and us, and govern your access to and use of the Service, including our website, web application, installable progressive web app (PWA), and all related features. By creating an account, ticking the consent box at sign-up, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Disclaimer, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and minors
You must be capable of forming a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Service on your own behalf.
The Service is intended for students preparing for competitive examinations, many of whom may be below 18 years of age (“minors”). If you are a minor, you may use the Service only with the involvement, supervision, and verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must read and accept these Terms on your behalf and remains responsible for your use of the Service and for any payments made through your account. By using the Service as a minor, you represent that such consent has been obtained. We may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe the required parental consent is absent. Please also see the “Children’s data” section of our Privacy Policy.
3. Your account
- You can register using an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, sold, transferred, or used by more than one person.
- Notify us immediately at neetardedsupport@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. The Service, free trial & subscriptions
Neetarded offers features that may include a preloaded question bank, practice and timed tests, document upload and parsing, performance tracking, streak and decay mechanics, and automated (AI-assisted) analysis. Features, limits, and availability may change, be added, or be removed over time.
- Free trial. New users may receive a limited-time free trial (currently 3 days) without entering payment details. Trial scope and duration are described in the app and may change for future users.
- Paid plans. We offer paid subscription plans and add-ons (for example, additional upload credits). The plans, prices (in Indian Rupees, “INR / ₹”), durations, and inclusions shown on our in-app pricing/upgrade page at the time of purchase are authoritative.
- Activation & duration. A paid plan grants access for the stated period (e.g. 7 or 30 days) starting from activation. Where you purchase a new plan while another is active, the new plan may be queued to begin when the current one ends, as described at checkout. Unused allowances (such as upload credits tied to a plan period) do not automatically carry over unless expressly stated.
- No auto-renewal. Unless expressly stated at checkout, plans do not auto-renew; access simply ends when the period expires and you may choose to purchase again.
- Upload limits. Each plan includes a defined number of document uploads and per-document limits (such as a maximum page count). These limits, and any extra-upload pricing, are shown in the app.
Payments, billing, cancellation, and the absence of refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Electronic delivery of access is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
5. Payments
Paid plans are processed through our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. By making a payment you also agree to the applicable terms and policies of the payment processor. We do not collect or store your full card numbers, UPI PINs, or net-banking credentials; these are handled directly by the payment processor over its secure infrastructure. We receive transaction metadata (such as order and payment identifiers, amount, and status) to activate your plan and maintain billing records. You agree to pay all charges at the prices displayed at the time of purchase, inclusive of applicable taxes where stated.
6. User content and uploads
The Service lets you upload documents (such as PDFs of test papers, practice sheets, modules, or notes) and generates content from them (collectively, “User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You are solely responsible for what you upload.
6.1 Your representations
By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- you own the User Content or have all rights, licences, consents, and permissions necessary to upload it and to allow us to process it as described in these Terms; and
- the User Content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party and does not violate any law.
6.2 Licence you grant us
Solely to operate and provide the Service to you, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, reproduce, process, parse, extract text and images from, transform, and display your User Content and the data derived from it (for example, extracted questions). This includes processing through automated systems and trusted third-party processors (see our Privacy Policy). To improve performance and avoid re-processing identical files, the Platform may store a de-duplicated, parsed copy of uploaded documents; where an identical file is uploaded, the previously parsed result may be reused. We do not claim ownership of your User Content, and this licence ends when your User Content is deleted from our active systems, subject to routine backups and legal retention.
6.3 Private by default
Questions extracted from your personal uploads are stored in your private library and are intended to be visible only to your account. We do not deliberately expose one user’s private uploaded content to other users, except for the de-duplication of byte-identical public exam material described above.
7. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:
- upload, store, or share any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, harmful to minors, or that you do not have the right to share;
- copy, scrape, harvest, resell, redistribute, sub-licence, or publicly share the Platform’s question bank, content, or any part of the Service;
- share, resell, or provide access to your account to any other person, or use the Service on behalf of multiple individuals;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent permitted by law;
- interfere with, disrupt, overload, probe, or circumvent the security or integrity of the Service, its servers, or networks, including by using bots, scrapers, or automated means without our written permission;
- upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the Service or other users; or
- use the Service for any purpose that is fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unlawful.
We may, at our discretion, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.
8. Copyright & takedown notices
We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright or other rights, email neetardedsupport@gmail.com with: (a) a description of the work and the allegedly infringing material; (b) enough detail for us to locate it; (c) your contact details; and (d) a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised and that the information in your notice is accurate. We will review valid notices and may remove or disable access to the material, and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
9. Intellectual property of the Service
Except for User Content, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including its software, design, branding, logos, the name “Neetarded”, the curated question bank, and all associated intellectual property — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial exam preparation. No other rights are granted.
10. No guarantee of results & no affiliation
Neetarded is a study tool. We do not guarantee any particular examination score, rank, result, selection, or admission. Your outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Neetarded is an independent product and is not affiliated with, authorised, sponsored, or endorsed by the National Testing Agency (NTA), any examination authority, university, board, or coaching institute. References to “NEET”, “JEE”, or similar are descriptive only. Please read our Disclaimer.
11. AI-generated content
Parts of the Service use automated and artificial-intelligence systems to extract questions, score answers, and generate explanations, analysis, and recommendations. Such output may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions and is provided for guidance only. You should independently verify important information and not rely on it as authoritative or as professional advice.
12. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access — with or without notice — if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.
13. Disclaimers & “as is”
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected, or that any content (including AI output or extracted questions) is accurate or complete.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you actually paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian Rupees). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neetarded and its operator from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
16. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. We encourage you to first contact us at neetardedsupport@gmail.com so we can try to resolve any concern amicably.
18. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the policies referenced in them are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the Service.
